About My Job
I had started my career with FINO Paytech Ltd, now Fino Payment Bank as a Technical Support executive in 2011, where my role as a System administrator I had to install OS on POS (Point of sell) machine, taking care of Computer OS, Printer, Printer sharing, Network, etc. After 6 months I had gotten a promotion in FINO and I was promoted as deputy District coordinator. My new role was to manage sales of banking and insurance along with Technical support. I have many times been selected as employee of the month in FINO. After that I get another break in TCSiON where I had started my job as IT Manager in 2013, then I had got the opportunity to create the first MAC (Model Assessment Center) in India. I had created a beautiful first mac center of India for a project of TCSiON. I have gotten a Certificate of appreciation to create the first mac center from the Global Head of TCSiON Mr. Venguswami Ramaswami.
After that, I got a promotion as City Head where I had to lead a team in the city of Arrah. I had managed an approx team of 100 people. Then after I promoted to Admin.
Now I was Admin of iDZ Arrah along with City head of Arrah where I had got the experience to manage Test Center, Critical equipment like Computers, Computers network, Firewalls, CCTV camera, Fire Alarm, Fire extinguisher, DG, UPS, AC, etc. I had also got the experience of Project management, in which I had managed different valuable projects like The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Recruitment Cell, The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) by IIT, The Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) by IIT, AIIMS, NEET, UPSC, etc. Planning of Pre-exam activity, During-exam activity and Post-exam activity, MIS work, and Invoice related work of TcsiON's partner. I had served 7 years in TCS.
About My Business
Now, I have decided to start my own business and I came back to my home town and I have started from a small startup that's known as Shiv-Shakti Computers.
Shiv-Shakti Computers deals in Computer Hardware, networks, Software, Website Designing, Digital Marketing, CCTV Cameras, Graphic Designing, etc.
Loss In Business and again start the job for surviving
Again I have started my job. I have joined Accel IT Ltd as a customer support engineer in the project of SIFY Technologies Ltd, where my key
role was giving remotely technical support to users. I am giving technical
support to pan India customers in windows and Mac Os environments. Identify and
troubleshoot the issue of remote users in MS office, Webmail, VPN, domain, and
printer server. Observing the complaint of the user and forwarded it to the concerned
department and take follow-up for pending calls. Managing the vendor, deploying
manpower as per our project requirement, maintaining attendance, making the
Invoice, gate pass, work permit, etc.
